Aluminum Double louver adjustable Grilles
Feature:

• Made of extruded Aluminum Frame and Blade
• Ideal for ventilation application ,Grilles blades are individually adjustable to provide the desired air pattern
• Two set of blades are mounted in such a manner that one set is horizontal and another set is vertical.
• Ideal for side wall, Duct, Ceiling and window application and for desired Jet spread .air pattern
• High quality GI/Aluminum plenum with side or top inlet to provide the uniform distribution of air through the whole grille.
• Frame is separated from the blades by Nylon Bushing, for the smooth adjustment of the blades.
• Optional Collar damper opposed blade type to control the Volume available in Aluminum and Steel Construction
• Suitable for Heating Cooling and Ventilation application.
• Centre support mullion to provide the strength to the grille length exceeding 500mm,to ensure the high quality and rigidity.

These grills are duly powder coated extrudedaluminium double adjustable louver grills, withfront horizontal and rear vertical.This grillecontrols the airstream in both the horizontaland vertical planes.It is the most common typegrille use as a supply outlet with adjustablevanes to provide multi directional air flow.

Construction

• Frame: High quality extruded aluminium profile with 30 mm flange width as standard. 12,16,24 mm flange widths are optional.
• Face Bars: High quality aluminium profiles of 0,15- 1 way throw and 15 - 2 way throw.
• Bar spacing: 12 mm as standard. 6 mm as option.
• Grille width: 50 mm to 300 mm with increments of 50 mm.
• Length: 1 meter as standard. Available from 0.2 mt to 5.8 mt in a single piece

Description

• Frame and face bars are of high quality extruded aluminium profiled construction with the advantages of corrosion resistance and rigidity.
• Horizontal face bars with 0, 15- 1 way throw and 15 - 2 way throw are fixed rigidly to the frame with 8 mm pipes.
• For perfect unbroken appearance of continuous runs, alignment strips are provided.
• Total structure is manufactured by mechanical assembly, assuring rigidity and to maintain straight line appearance.
• Foam gasket is sealed around the back of the frame as option to avoid air leakage.
• Supplied with C - clamps for concealed fixing.

Standard Finishes

• Natural anodized aluminium finish.
• Powder coated color finish as per RAL color codes.
